Teacher learning is a continuous process that promote teacher's teaching skills , master new knowledge , develop new proficiency , which can add value and improvement in students learning. We can say that teacher learning and professional development is important for student achievement. One day workshop was organized under the able leadership of our school's Principal Mrs. Pooja Thakur for teacher's , where they had interaction with trainer , who shared latest trends in modern age school education , role of technology in the school's , soft skills for handling pre school students . Our Principal Mrs. Poojar Thakur said that inspiring and informed teacher is the most important school related factor influencinig students achievement , so it is critical to pay close attention to how we train and support both new and experienced educators. Indeed , it was a great learning in the workshop .
