Sh.S.D Sharma is a double Gold Medalist from Punjab University who did his research work on Cancer for his M. Sc (Hons.) and the doctoral theses. He joined Indian Revenue Service in 1970 and later the Indian Administrative Service in 1972. During his distinguished career, he has worked at the highest levels in the service in different State Governments and the Central Government in different Ministries including Ministries of Home Affairs. He worked as Principal Secretary HRD, Vice Chancellor of Bhagalpur University and as Chairperson of Joint Entrance Examination Committee.
He held the constitutional post of State Election Commissioner in Jharkhand. Has held many quasi judicial assignments also.
He has worked as Managing Director and on Board of Directors of several national and State level companies. Did his PGDIM and is concurrently the Senior fellow of Institute of Social Sciences, Fellow of All India Management Association and Delhi Management Association.
A keen sportsman, he is the Chairperson of ‘Khelo Masters’ Games Foundation. He encourages sports and the sportspersons in a big way and is also closely associated with Delhi Hockey, Faith Hockey Club and Civil Services Hockey Academy.
A true friend fo students with rare leadership qualities. He has visualized and started many major innovative programmes including Electoral Literacy Clubs in Schools etc in the country as investment in future of electoral democracy in the country.

Mr.D.D Sharma has 39 years standing in Punjab & Haryana High Court as well in Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh in Civil, constitutional, taxation, criminal and service matters. Remained Standing Counsel for Union of India since 1992 ans has argued important cases pertaining to Civil, Constitutional, Criminal, Service, Land Acquisition, Public Interest Litigation etc on their behalf. He has also represented Enforcement Directorate (PMLA). Narcotic Control Bureau, Indian Army, Northern Railways, Customs, Central Excise and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence during his distinguished career. He was also the Additional Public Prosecutor, U.T Police Chandigarh w.e.f 07.06.2006 to 03.04.2014. He has further conducted the matter of late Sh. Beant Singh’s assassination case on behalf of Union of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Sh. Angel Sharma is a practicing lawyer at the Punjab and Haryana HIgh Court who did LL.M in the Year 2009 from King’s College, London in International Finance Law and International Commercial & Investment Arbitration and specializes in corporate, criminal and civil matters. He is the Standing Counsel for National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India; Official Liquidator, Attached to Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, Punjabi University, Patiala and Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala. He has handled a mixed bag of work pertaining to Corporate, Criminal and Constitutional law on the private side besides being on the panel of the aforesaid institutions.
